All orders are securely packaged, fully tracked, and insured.
United Kingdom
Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided so that you can follow your delivery.
International
International orders are shipped via DHL Express. All shipments are fully tracked and insured. Delivery times will vary depending on destination and will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated and confirmed during the enquiry process prior to payment.

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Evina is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the client.
Due to the nature of our business and the rigorous standards applied by our in house experts to authenticate each piece, all sales are final.
Returns will only be accepted in the rare event that an item is proven to be inauthentic. In such circumstances, proof of inauthenticity from a recognised professional authentication service is required, and any return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Once the item has been reviewed and the claim verified, a full refund will be issued.
